Semaglutide is an antidiabetic medication used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes and an anti-obesity medication used for long-term weight management.

Yes. There is a 3 month commitment. We have set this as a standard for our program to ensure that patients are committed to the program. It may take 3 months or more for patient’s to establish a predictable weight-loss trend.

tirzepatide is a safe medication when taken as prescribed and under the supervision of a health care provider. However, some side effects may occur. Common side effects include: nausea, diarrhea, decreased appetite, vomiting, constipation, indigestion, and stomach (abdominal) pain.

Tirzepatide is a medication prescribed for diabetes and medically managed weight loss. You should not take this medication if you do not have a hemoglobin a1c of 5.7, or a BMI greater than 27 with co-morbidities or a BMI greater than 30.

Tirzepatide is contraindicated for patients who have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or who have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).

There can also be increased complications in patients who have a history of acute pancreatitis, acute gallbladder disease, hypoglycemia, acute kidney injury, diabetic retinopathy, suicidal thoughts or ideations, or allergic reaction to Semaglutide.

Semaglutide requires refrigeration. Please refrigerate your medication promptly after receiving it.
