How to Get Started
– Begin Your Evaluation: Complete your new patient intake form (this is a comprehensive medical history form)
– Complete Your Lab Work: Our team will coordinate your lab testing through our national lab partners so you can complete your labs locally.
– Meet Your Provider: Once your labs are complete, you will have a comprehensive virtual consultation where we review your results & develop your personalized care plan.

Most patients continue their care through our Women’s Wellness Membership, which provides ongoing support, monitoring, and personalized treatment adjustments.

Your membership covers:
– All office visits and telehealth appointments
– Text access to your care team
– Ongoing medical management
– At-cost lab testing
– Primary care – when you’re sick, we are here!

Step 3: Medication Pricing
Weight Loss (GLP-1: Tirzepatide and Semaglutide)
– Medications are compounded and drafted automatically each month along with your membership fee
– Pricing varies by dose and medication type 👉 $200-$375/month
